The rule of thumb is to change the camera shot and not acknowledge it as a means to discourage that type of behavior. But the camera shot actually followed it and they spoke about it in great detail.

So apparently everyone and their mother knew these two were protesters and they knew they were going to do something. Because that security guard that was next to her was not randomly sitting there. He was there because he was watching them. Even the commentators knew who they were.
