Take a close look at your blade.. i tried everything and then noticed one of the teeth was slightly bent.. used pliers and very gently pressed it back. Worked like a charm
You're right! I just gently squeezed that plastic part together with pliers so that its more snug with the rotating part so that way it doesn't really have room to knock against the plastic and now it sounds brand new!! Give it a try and if it works for you, let me know!
@@gabbyrodrigues8958 someone should let them know .. lol cause if everyone is sayin the same thing it’s definitely a problem! I used a different clipper I. The mean time and it was not the same ..
Good looking perrito i was about to throw away my babyliss pro trimmer for the same reason now im keeping it and getting a new piece for my trimmer thanks👍
They say u learn new things about every day thanks 4 sharing yes they are noise just one thing we’re can we find them small parts ??? Thanks Cali Cuts Chula Vista CA
Same problem. I fixed my wife's trimmers by loosening the 2 allen screws and sliding the small blade down a millimeter or so. That was the ONLY way I could fix these as the noise was from the cutters having too much friction even after oiling.
Yo my boy, spit that game real quick!!! Thank you for the info on these trimmers. Yo these are hitters frfr, but damn if you busy, you going thru these blades like butter
I took the small screws out on the front of the inside blade (hopefully that makes sense to you lol) and pushed the blade down and they got quiet!! I have to use them to see if they cut the same!!! Hopefully this helps 🙏🏾💪🏾🙌🏾
This is why I switched to the Gamma Evo trimmer with the 3versince blade... my client can be on a phone call and they are humming. No noise what so ever! Still love the Babyliss but they are too loud especially for mobile barbers cutting clients who work remotely. 🤦🏾♂️
Is it normal for the trimmer to get slightly louder after zero gapping not a clattering or knocking but I noticed when they come stock there no noise but after a zero gap they slightly make a different noise is that normal or are they supposed to be super quite after the Zero gap as the same noise when it comes stock? I keep researching but I can’t find any info on if that’s normal for it to make a slightly louder noise after the zero gap. Please get back to me ASAP this is bothering me but it’s just a little louder every thing is fine it’s just a little different noise . So I’m just curious if that’s normal
Squeeze the 2 plaster edges slightly closer together folks that’s how it’ll get quite I promise y’all … if it doesn’t work I’ll personally buy you a brand new trimmer
So ima tell yall why. I dropped mines and they got loud. Reason is likely cause a tooth in the still blade is rubbin on against the moving blade. U gotta grab a pair of pliers and bend it back to where, once u look across the blade, its 100% aligned with eachother. Fmoig and I can show u how I fixed mine @TaperTre
I just figured out how to avoid it. You have to put a thick type of oil or lubricant on that plastic piece I was talking about in the video. That will stop the noise.
@@danielnarvaez2465 thank you it worked!!! But I did change my blade and it seems that it didn’t like the new plastic so I just put the old one in and bent the prongs that it attaches too!! So helpful thank you 🥰
This is why i stick with the classic andis t liner yes its bulky and it over heats but personally i haven’t been able to find a true t liner that can beat the andis t liner

But we'll see if it lasts. I honestly think that plastic part is just super shitty and they need to make it stronger or sell replacement parts for it
That was a good idea, I didn't think of that. I will do the same then. 💯💯

The black thing is called cam follower just in case anyone want to know the name for searching
I think not just the black blades that make that sound. My FX Blue blades sound perfect.

🔥🔥🔥 GOOD LOOKS !!! Baby is back to normal sounding brand new 💯

Broo I just saw this....you gotta use lithium grease on these trimmers bro. That would help the noise.

Good stuff. Thank you! I'm about to put the new part in mine right now.
Nice yo bro have you figured out how to get them to cut good not gap them but make it feel right
Thanks fr this info....its a annoying sound. I wonder if sanding the insides would help?
But think grease like lithium grease . That would stop sound

What I did to fix mine was cut that little middle piece off runs across the black plastic piece and mine quieted back down instantly.
Yo if you lube the center part of the plastic piece with cool care for oil or
Lube it makes them quite again
U on point wit that gd vid bro 👍
Thank you, glad you agree!
Mine got quiet when I soaked the blades in Ballistol.
Mine starting to make that loud noise to after 2months
Goin through same thing appreciate it doe help me know exactly what goin on
I’ve found the solution… take the blade out and squeeze the 2 plastic edges slightly closer boom there you go… instantly will become way quieter
They should not use plastic but use metal...
What did you end up doing boss?

I put a piece of plastic there & it made it slightly quiet
