- My first van tour!!!!! This was a fun first VAN TOUR. That is what it is all about. Making sure the fun stays in this van life path we are going down. MOSSBERG is the third in what is hopefully, a long line of APE built vans. I am lucky enough to be friends with the creator of these lovely vans. So I was able to push him into featuring one of these amazing builds on my channel. Truly inspiring.

Love the van and build etc but just wondered what you eat and if you can get by with just a hob and micro. Totally appreciate that not having gas is a massive help on terms of build and safety but I would think an oven is a very useful item?
Hi mate. I also do not have an oven. And I don’t miss it to be fair. So many one pot dishes available. Plus many microwaves have oven option. Although a little power hungry. There are also such things like an omnia. You can literally bake bread. And it’s used on a hob 👍🏻

@@urbanarkoverlandbut it keeps the sink water from spilling.. and it becomes another room Also have wall to put items such as tissues and kitchen utensils
@@batmanaerm7649 not everyone want tissues and utensils on display. The sink is far enough over not to splash. There is also a splashback.
Amazing finish, where is the B pillar trim and bulkhead trim from.
I have looked everywhere. Mercedes want a donner vehicle, i have searched all over. Any help would be much appreciated.

Not on this one. His next build is a full 4x4 😁
You mention about it being FWD and the headspace in the cab is there some sort of link there or were you just meaning the fact he’s not opted for the storage above the cab?
No mate. The fwd has more headroom. The rwd and 4x4 lose about 80mm. For the drive shaft 👍🏻
@@urbanarkoverland interesting thanks! Are there any other pros cons other than what you can spec from new with the rwd vs fwd? If you were to be picking up a used van for instance would you have any preferences?

@@urbanarkoverland maybe not haha but I would use button or peanut to do my roof I wouldn’t do the whole roof in one piece that way each panel is easily removable but still seriously strong that it won’t move
@@spencerpayne1971 there is never usually anything up there that needs to be accessed. Wires stay below apart from lights. And if ya van leaks then that’s above.
@@urbanarkoverland yh I know what you mean but if I get bored I can change the colour scheme without taking the whole ceiling down I use buttons and peanuts for nearly everything there game changers
