Great podcast, I learned a lot!
As a track and field guy with a love for the weight room, despite being a better responder to plyos, I got a ton of good information from this, thank you
Big fan Joel, love your podcast and love the jugglife podcast. Really enjoy these cross sport interviews. Keep up the Great work both you guys
That was fantastic,real world information.
Also a huge fan of Joel! Great podcast. Thank you.
Wait... so... sometimes strength is a weakness?
Awesome podcast..
Looking great Chad! And great podcast!
long live Juggernaut!
Interesting chat. Do you guys have reference literature for this “neural typing” idea? Cheers.
google the term and click the very first t-nation article.
Thanks for the suggestion, though when i say "reference literature"I mean published scientific stuff. Not T-nation lol.
Did Chad get a new haircut?
Is it me, or does the neurotyping sound like a horoscope?
When Max asked him how to determine a neurotype, he had no answer. Also there was no data.
It sounded like advise from a hippie.
That is the exact opposite of what i normally get from Juggernaut.
There are thousands of workout sites, but i choose this one for the fact based science. This interview did not have that.
As much as i would love to learn a new categorization system to help me in the weight-room, i cant believe in speculation.
Perhaps there is some evidence not presented here, but when googled it also reads like a horoscope.
Good podcast. You guys ever consider wearing pants?
im the 1st !
