      Thanks for the suggestion, though when i say "reference literature"I mean published scientific stuff. Not T-nation lol.

    Is it me, or does the neurotyping sound like a horoscope?
    When Max asked him how to determine a neurotype, he had no answer. Also there was no data.
    It sounded like advise from a hippie.
    That is the exact opposite of what i normally get from Juggernaut.
    There are thousands of workout sites, but i choose this one for the fact based science. This interview did not have that.
    As much as i would love to learn a new categorization system to help me in the weight-room, i cant believe in speculation.
    Perhaps there is some evidence not presented here, but when googled it also reads like a horoscope.
