Awesome! Just a comment on the video itself. The colour for ZT talking was a bit weird. For the training session footage the colour scheme looked fine, but it was just weird for his a-roll.

i used to powerclean almost 2x bodyweight then i filmed it and saw that my form was so shit. i dropped the weight to 50kg and practicing on form. it's been 2months and still couldn't nail proper form. so frustrating that i'm already thinking of dropping it from my training

Cesar has zero knee valgus. Zack you have a lot. I believe that natural big toe splay helps prevent valgus instability. The inventor DPM of correct toes says, “babies are not born with bunions.” I truly think that we should train our toes for a more solid less valgus base. Non shod culture or the Taharamuna Indians who are great runners don’r wear pointy shoes and their toes spread to absorb down force. Bad shoes push the biggie in and in my mind that reduces stability.
