We use the 9608 vinyl chamfer beads here most often. Spray glued and stapled.

I only use paper faced metal with a bead hopper for outside 90's. This stuff looks interesting. Have you done any testing durability wise between it and paper faced metal. How does it compare cost wise?

    Good old metal corner beads.
But i have a tool made to adjust the angle so they are around 86-87 degrees, requires as little filling as paper beads. I staple them then run a mesh tape on each side. you can easilly get around with 2 coats of machine mud.
I use metal beads because it's easy to straighten a crooked bocket or wall.

Ok so , I’ve watched a few of your videos and noticed you mix in colour buckets.
I found when I use colour buckets small plastic flakes get scraped off by the mixer and show up in the finish work. Very frustrating to have to pick out all the time so I use only white buckets. Doesn’t mean there gone , just don’t see them as well so out of mind. Wonder if it’s just me.

I’m curious. are you just using fast edge now for corners. I usually prefer to use Trim Tex vinyl corners. Though I’m not sure why the low profile mud set type or glue staple type install preference. My jobs are smaller in nature. Say 4 to 6 corner beads on bulk heads and 3 or 4 outside corners. Can you explain why 1 or the other. Great job on the videos❤

Nice video, I’m looking for the sku or link as to where I can get the fast edge roller. Could you drop a line so I can pick a couple up please? I seen a reply further down ask, however there are few options. Just want to make sure I’m getting the one for the fast edge paper corner beads.
    Update:
Never mind, found it. “Fast Edge Paper Roller, Stock No. 463”

I've always preferred metal beads. But lately, the cost of metal is out of control. I'm not a fan of vinyl with spray adhesive and staples. This might be a good option.

@@bigevents9474 We only use corner beads for outside corners. We use regular paper tape for inside corners. On the outside corners/angles, we use 9' or 10' No-Coat that we order through BLP Paints or Sherwin Williams.
We are having a problem finding anything but heavy-weight box mud.
