I'm astounded when companies are still using slot screws.
There are a few details that would have been helpful for people trying to duplicate this installation. 1. How difficult it is to do this using only the parts that come in the boxes (the mystery part is listed so far down the comments I only just found it.) 2. How to prime the pump since the regular gravity fed way doesn’t work. 3. How to deal with air in the system because the instructions that come with these items were written by a dyslexic caveman. I’m so frustrated with this stuff.

Does the pool pump filter have to be running continuously for the waterfall to work? I thought you weren’t supposed to be in the pool while the filter is running? I’m getting a stp in a couple of weeks and want a waterfall so bad!
The blue insert in the skimmer basket can only be 2 to 3 inches above the top edge of the outer basket or it doesn’t skim properly. Speaking from experience!

maybe cut a pool noodle and slide in the edge of the pool and then put that back on it and tighten it, that might work.
Water fall thing is built so it can ne concealed by other bits . Rocks , etc . Not just by it’s flat white plastic self
