Can someone explain to me how memory shards works?
You have a limited amount of memory shards that allow you to press down on the D-pad to take a screenshot of where you are/what you're doing. Then it appears on your map so you can reference it in the future. Useful for spots that you can't reach yet or areas you know you need a power up you don't have yet.

How on Earth is this like Hollow Knight? Other than them both being in the metroidvania subgenre. Anyway, most of the training challenges reward 50. Not 100.

How on earth?? It's a melee combat-focused metroidvania with similar movement, combat, and a customizable amulet/charm system. The similarities are pretty obvious.
@@Taquam34 I'll give you the amulet/charm system because that's fairly unique, but Hollow Knight hardly has the market cornered for movement or melee combat. Not much unique there, in this game or many others in this subgenre.
Game was OK nothing special, definitely 50/50 on playing it again now I'm done. It was pointlessly difficult.
