I love fishing. Fishing and foraging and music (on my keytar) are my absolute favourite thing to do. Once the power goes out, I'm off to build me a fishing base and forage for gardening. Also love living in an RV roaming around. I have my skateboard for short recon missions. PZ is my favorite comfort game along with the Long Dark. Edit: still trying to get mods running on my steam deck so i can read and play guitar in Long Dark.
yep, I learned from this video that maybe its better to dedicate a "kill zone" and "Hey!" them to it... easier than cleaning up corpses. Maybe walling off one of the ends of the bridge early on woulda helped, too
You need to be careful putting stuff in the back of a car with a damaged trunk. I found out the hard way that stuff will fall out onto the road as you drive. Had to backtrack when i found out i was missing half a popsicle freezer lol
Yeah, that is by far my greatest annoyance. Lost my katana and a generator. Never again will i put ANYTHING in a damaged trunk. (honestly just had some major bad luck that run and just ended up drinking bleach and enjoying the best luck game ever. Sadly didnt last. Im planning on starting another game and making a full fisher/forager run.

I have a tip for you about moving corpses, you don't need to use the menu to drop them on the ground, just use one of your hotkeys to equip one of your weapons and it will drop the corpse where you are standing. Also, regarding your weight, the game tracks your calories, ranging from -2200 to +3700 and the big pikes you caught are worth around 3500 to 4500 calories iirc. So if you are on the maximum weight loss (double arrow going down next to your weight on the character info panel) you should eat the whole thing in on go. I know, it's not realistic to eat a 15Kg fish in one meal but that's how the game works.

On my current play through I'm kinda role-playing as a Christian Latin woman. Even though I got corpse sickness off, I am giving all zombies I kill close to my bases a proper christian burial. Even building little wooden crosses for the graves. Graveyard looks pretty dope for the immersion aspect.
You know, this is why this game needs to have boats and ships for portable bases that cannot be reached by zombies. But maybe the developer doesn't want to make it too easy for us.
Yeah that's what I'm thinking. Even now the game can get pretty easy if you shack up somewhere in the wilderness. You really have to take it upon yourself to go out and fight zombies or else things become very stagnant. Its why I've been moving around and making new bases in different areas.
@@danielgriff2659 there is a mod to shit and piss, its so funny cause me and my friends just always have to shit and piss. Half the time we dont make it and shit and piss our pants, or in the car, or in the safehouse
Yes, but I usually wait for them to decay. I rarely even need to move them. I could've killed them away from the bridge and there would've been no issue
If that did happen, I'd have to try and break through my with truck. The smart thing to do would be to make an escape route that goes up the river a bit.

You have a lot of axes? Chop the trees down with swings instead of the Chop Tree menu option. Doesn't use durability that way and will last you MONTHS
Oh really? I didn't know that. I also have MANY axes. Plus I find a single squirt of wood glue to almost fully repair a damaged axe
