Nice recommendations! Gold actually has no taste though due to the fact that it is not reactive, so the food accompanying it must have been delicious, to give you the impression that it tasted great!
When we visit Oahu we only dine at restaurants who will take reservations on Open Table. Otherwise we will not show up and be at the mercy of the island lackadaisical wait and indifferent customer service at the entrance. It’s a pervasive attitude at restaurants to just make you wait so the locals can get in ahead of you.
