When we visit Oahu we only dine at restaurants who will take reservations on Open Table. Otherwise we will not show up and be at the mercy of the island lackadaisical wait and indifferent customer service at the entrance. It’s a pervasive attitude at restaurants to just make you wait so the locals can get in ahead of you.

My wife and I were just in Honolulu and found a great happy hour at the Yardhouse. Between 2 and 5:30 a lot of appetizers and pizza for half price and good prices on beer.

Uhhhhh…$20 isn’t cheap. I can go to Cosco or sams and buy..a tray of stuff peppers (8 total) or A tray of chicken Alfredo, etc for half the price and have enough left over for 3 days lol and extra money to buy desert😅

This haole thought he hit the jackpot with Koa Pancake house in Wahiawa from Army times. I would like to plan a vacation back to Hawaii to try more of these places. I miss Hawaii very much and it is the most wonderful place I have been in the Pacific. Mahalo nui loa for your video.
