one word
Vandy
Texas a and m over Clemson is wild
I still think Alabama is a good team but still I would put them #15 same for Tennessee which I would put at #17
Don't like the LSU ranking, who have they beat and that USC loss looks worse and worse
LSU at 7 is a joke lmao
How
At least 10
@@Snowyy.Prodzz lsu isn’t even top 20 lmao
LSU #7 for what??? Barely beating South Carolina? Losing to a mid USC team?
Yeah LSU has no business at #7 rn
Ole miss should be higher
the refs beat south carolina, not lsu
@@owenpetersen6289cap
7:19 😂🤣🤣 ACC being the best conference 😂
Cry about it😂
Everything here is pretty good but LSU at #7 is crazy. They had to get help from the refs to beat a very mid South Carolina and that loss to USC is starting to look really bad.
Why do you have a #1 over a completely different team in your thumbnail than the one you actually picked? Why do you have to clickbait?
It’s YT you have to get people to click
@@Dimezprod Sad. I miss old RUclips.
.... Ummm..... It's not clickbait... He just doesn't want you to be able to look at the thumbnail and find out what you want about the video, he wants you to watch his video instead of just look at the thumbnail and scroll past....
@@chasejordan22 Except that it's click bait because it's misleading.
just watch the video dog

I was thinking randomly that indiana and Texas a&m would be a great match up
Oklahoma did absolutely nothing by being idle. And you're saying they're not even worthy of being in the top twenty five??
SEC bias is alive and well. Two top 5’s lose to unranked opponents and neither drop out of the top 10 and LSU is waaaaay to high lol
I am asking the following question to you, the original commenter as darthsilversith667. How do you personally rank teams? (is SEC bias as you claim solely based off of preseason rank that influences in-season rank mobility? Are the end of season conference winners the top 4 best teams no matter what in your perception? Do quality wins matter or quality losses matter? Do hypothetical scenarios matter to you to determine quality? If you put this year‘s 6-10th best SEC team in the big 12, all five of them would be favored to win the big 12.
The reason there is SEC bias is because the SEC dominates every aspect of college football.
Since 2000, current alignments blatantly show that the SEC has won 16 national championships, the ACC has won 4, and the big 10 has won 4.
@@Foggydidwhat you didn’t ask me but i don’t understand this lol. LSU lost to the 7th best Big Ten team and A&M lost at home to Notre Dame. those teams would not be favored nor would they win the Big 12. Missouri wouldn’t either. Neither would Oklahoma. I don’t understand how the best SEC teams winning Championships has anything to do with the rest of the conference. Vanderbilt lost to Georgia State in case you forgot yet y’all say “the SEC is beating each other up” no that’s just an embarrassing loss for Bama lol. what does the SEC’s (prior) dominance have to do with LSU being ranked #7 with no good wins, they haven’t even looked great and they aren’t even better than USC? what sense does that make?
@@kev614 sure, LSU lost to the seventh best big 10 team. But they (any of the 4-10 ranked sec teams would still be the favorite over the who cares third best Big Ten team at a neutral site as of right now. There is a reason that six states obviously in the south east, have been responsible for over 90% of the last championships. no one cares about the Big Ten because why would they Ohio State was only an SEC coach
@@kev614 Ohio State is the equivalent of an SEC team that made it out of the southeast United States. Still doesn’t translate to wins, but they dominate everyone else.
@@Foggydidwhat LSU would not be favored over Penn State lol
Ducks literally beat ucla by more than penn st and got ranked lower haha
What year was it when #2 kept losing? It's wide open this season.
2007
@@andrewmiller218 It's about to be a season like that
@@Rysofly I hope so! I love some chaos!
2007. The year that made me love college football to this day. Geaux tigers
What has Penn state done that Georgia and Oregon hasn’t done lol
Im interested to see how Indiana plays again Nebraska next week who took down Rutgers. Rutgers have an easier schedule going forward having to play teams like usc and #23 Illinois, but Indiana plays Michigan and Ohio State back to back which will be very interesting. If the Hoosiers can beat a solid Nebraska team and possibly go into Michigan or Ohio state undefeated, man those are gonna be some exciting matchups
Oregon beat boise state, that’s not an impressive victory?
Legit aren’t they ranked 4 spots higher than Illinois?
Iowa State and BYU behind Tennessee is nasty work
Why is Notre Dame ahead of LSU in the real top 25
LSU doesn't have any wins over top 25 teams yet. Notre Dame has 2 wins over top 25 teams.
Because Notre Dame has looked better, they have a MUCH better resume, and their loss was a clear fluke meanwhile LSU lost to the one good team they’ve played. Notre Dame is probably the better team. why would LSU be ranked higher?
Got to experience my first field rush at Arkansas Saturday what an experience
Nah. This list is terrible
Hey everyone! Im back! For those that dont remember/havent seen this. I do my own college football rankings where I take the name out of college football. To me, it doesn't matter what conference you play in or what school you are. Rankikgs come down to: Are you winnging? Who do you play? Are you beating them well compared to everyone else? By how much?
My values are calculated as such:
Win Percentage (WP): Wins/Games Played
Strength of Schedule (SOS): ((2*Opponents WP+Opponents Opponents WP)/3)
Margin of Victory (MOV): (Points For-Points Against)/Games Played
Game Value (GVAL) is best described in words rather than formulas. It takes the score of each game and compares it to how well the same opponents play against that same opponent. For instance, if Team A plays Team B, it will take that score and compare it to the average points for and against Team B. I hope that makes sense.
After all those calculations are made, I weigh the totals as follows: WP = 40%, SOS = 32.5%, MOV = 5%, and GVAL = 22.5%. After calculating the weights, I add everything to get a score and rank. Then I take that rank and put it into a Head To Head calculation that ensures there won't be a team, close enough in ranking, to rank above a team that beat them.
Here are my top 30 teams (with the final scores) after Week 6:
1 Ohio State 408.36256
2 Texas 404.43902
3 Miami (FL) 365.77960
4 Indiana 362.88861
5 Alabama 361.56103
6 Oregon 361.13282
7 Ole Miss 353.96476
8 Iowa State 350.38419
9 Penn State 350.23088
10 BYU 340.94086
11 Oklahoma 332.53001
12 Notre Dame 331.23058
13 Navy 330.95450
14 Army 330.45733
15 Georgia 329.42623
16 SMU 328.96630
17 Texas A&M 327.64585
18 Pitt 327.08446
19 Texas Tech 326.93812
20 Tennessee 319.76930
21 Nebraska 313.79771
22 LSU 312.67858
23 Kansas State 312.42264
24 Illinois 306.68885
25 Virginia 303.33806
26 Syracuse 303.04049
27 Clemson 302.98978
28 Boise State 301.63379
29 Tulane 300.92454
30 Washington 299.68581
That's a decent list assuming its homemade, but possibly use fine-tunning. But more so I think this shows football ranking are very objective and need to be watched or have context upon.
@Braves2021-d3m I'm open to suggestions! What would you suggest for fine tuning. Because, personally I think Indiana is WAY too high. But at the same time, I don't think i should change it because then I'm changing what I rank my teams by. And that's unfair.
@@jacobheileson9750 All I would say would be to add an Opinionated list or list based off talent with some weight, because teams like Indiana, Navy, and Army have played really well, but nobody would have them as favorites if they played a team like UGA
Where’s Illinois 🥺🥺
i love watching his viedos
GO BUCKS!
If we beat Ole Miss this week then I'll be comfortable being a top 10 team
Clickbait as usually
Bro spent half the video talking about Bama
Oregon has an impressive win in Boise State with the he is an front runner but alright
Where is Illinois at???
Georgia suspect. Almost lost to Kentucky then actually lost to Alabama. Alabama definitely suspect in the top 10. They lost to Vandy and the stat sheet was not in Bamas favor. Indiana, BYU and Iowa State need a little more love. They’re undefeated and should be ranked way higher in the AP poll
So we’re you impressed by Georgia’s nasty loss-gave up 42 points, over 500 yards, and four turnovers. You’re impressed by that-but not impressed about winning, some solid wins-well definition of an SEC Homer. No SEC team with three losses should be allowed in the National Title Tournament. Better win your games Georgia-you’ve already got one loss. All SEC Teams have been defeated except Big 12 Transplant--Texas. Sure would be nicer if SEC teams could win their games to justify highest rankings!
Right.. SEC bias is alive and well! Two top 5’s lose to unranked teams and neither of them dropped out of the top 10 and Tennessee only fell 4 effing spots! If Ohio State lost to an unranked team, even a B1G team, they’d fall 12-15 spots or more! And LSU has no business being in the top 10 right now.. not even top 20!
Bama tennesee better win your games to not just georgia
I think Alabama could actually be ranked lower. I know Vanderbilt is decent, but still, it’s Vanderbilt and Alabama was #1
Why is OU not even on the list💀
Penn State did not “barely” beat illinois lmao. Anybody who watched the game knows psu dominated the second half of the game
Tennessee is not a top 10 team lmao, put Clemson at 10 and Tennessee at 14 lmao, outside of that, these rankings are solid
Yeah stick to college football because your dodger takes are terrible
Miami got lucky again. They'll get exposed once they play a decent team
Alabama shouldn’t be top 10. They were dominated by Vandy and Pavia
When is Ohio state gonna be punished for making such a cake walk schedule like Michigan played legit teams already lol who the fuck Ohio play I’ll wait ….
Fake rank
7 upsets in total
11:47 heck’s no
NGA THINKS PENN STATE IS NUMBER 3 LAWL
first view
but also man wtf happened in nashville
W vid
miami at 6 is terrible
Penn ST is overrated every year boss stop it but 5 or 6. UGA SHOULD B AT 6 or under. Oregon played who beside Boise, Mia should be higher but 2 struggle wins back 2 back weeks. LSU stop. Top 15 until further notice. Everyone is big10 or SEC CF politics
You don’t know ball
I think Miami losses to everyone that’s in the top 12, there so overrated
Refs winning them games? 😂😂😂 laughable bs. I'd argue they beat anyone but Texas thats a tossup. GO CANES 🙌
@@stinkytoebeanz9966 no it’s not the refs besides for maybe that targeting not being called even though they was still the better team then cal but until they play a top 25 or borderline top 25 team there overrated, if they beat Louisville by 14 or more then maybe there not as overrated as I thought
