Q'ero Pampamesayok, Don Sebastian creates a Despacho for a group led by Puma Quispe a shaman from Chinchero near Cusco in Peru. The group was brought together by Jeffrey and Cielle Backtrom in order for interested individuals to immerse in Andean spiritual practice. The group was in the Sacred Valley of the Inca in Peru in November 2009. In addition to meeting with Don Sebastian we spent a day with medicine woman Donna Erina and visited several sacred sites in the valley including Machu PIcchu.\
