It's Tony Khan, MJF held him to ransom, in storyline, made him eat humble pie and meet MJF's demands in order to come back and face Punk. Since then a lot has happened in real life which could be worked in to a Khan heel turn, explaining why he's decided to stop being the nice guy and start wearing a different face. I think it would be the best reveal they could do right now, it doesn't make much sense for it to be Perry and he doesn't deserve the main event after his behaviour, but if it is revealed to be Khan that changes everything, and they could continue the mystery by not revealing who the masked men are, only that they're members of the roster he has recruited to be troubleshooters, and they could be anyone on the roster, Khan's secret army.
We all see how much it helped when Vince basically did the same thing with the Montreal screw job. Lot of parallels there if the case seeing how much of a Bret Hart fanboy cm punk and would have a majorly over star exiting the company as the catalystn for said heel turn. I like it friend!
