Yes can you please make a video explaining the herbs and whatever else you do to heal chronic fatigue syndrome. I’ve been bedridden for so long and have tried every treatment there is out there for CFS, so please make a follow up video on this❤
It'd be interesting to see if there would be some common herbs, but from my understanding, chinese formulations are individualized, so what works for one person may have little or no effect on someone else. You should find a good TCM or CCM doctor in your area!

However, I should warrant that statement since I recently found out that I was living in a house filled with toxic mold that I'm pretty sure was causing the CFS. Cannabis helped while I was there, but now that I've moved out I no longer need it -BUT am also getting acupuncture and taking blood building herbs on the regular, so there's unfortunately a lot of variables. Regardless, there's a lot of literature on it helping CFS overall, so if you haven't tried it, it might not hurt.
What if you had tcm for years from a well trained practitioner and still did not recover from severe cfs? Other symptom relief but still not functioning.

@@jonprue I eat all Whole Foods, keto didn’t work for me, and no gluten as well. I feel great now.

For what it's worth though, low dose cannabis with a high CBD content destroyed my CFS.
