Does MG ZS EV have feature for Lumbar Support on seats?. Is there facility for Ventilation-Cooling of seats?. In Trinidad & Tobago, where i live & work, the dealer is strangely allocated a model variant by MG that has warm seats but no cooling of seats!.

Finally picked up my car yesterday, when trying to bind my new car the Bind option is missing in the settings? (ie not even greyed out?) Just found out that because I have a Trophy Connect it's in the 'System, User' option.

We are in Australia & have a 2021 MG HS ESSENCE, we get as far as creating an account, receiving the code via email, but we can not get the binding screen you show in this video, so I can only assume the vehicle does not have this feature 😢
Hi Jerry. I have an Essence EV but can’t get the app to pair with the car. I get an error message every time I try. I’ve followed the advice of the dealer and updated IOS on my iPhone but still no luck. I’ve read a few people say this a known issue with the Essence, Is that your understanding?

Yes, go to settings and set up your time zone and auto set time etc. That will solve the issue

This App only works for 2022 MG ZS EV. unfortunately no for MG HS.

Currently, it doesn't work that way. You have to bind from the phone.

Probably not. That is not related to the MG App but the smart watch interface.

Go to settings. Set time zone correct then enable auto set time

No this feature. Retrofit maybe yes from aftermarket companies but it may void certain warranty.

This is only for the Gen 2 ZS EV. The first Gen didn’t have this feature

Change your time and time zone to the correct one and try again
I’ve checked those settings on the car and phone and they’re both set correctly. Still no luck I’m afraid
