I just felt like dropping some feedback:)
Aand yes there's a lot of text below so be ready for that!
*Thumbnail: 8/10* it's very clickable, has some good colour in it and is well made. But since I'm a bit picky (always room for improvement) I'd say you can clarify the thumbnail by making yourself pop out a bit more. For example using more colored clothing or simply standing in front of a simpler background (background could be slightly blurred or just a single colour background)
Extra tip: you can put an extra title on your video by adding it to the thumbnail. It's great for when you need another clickable or clarifying title!
*Notes: more colour's could make it just that little bit more clickable!*
*Video idea: 9/10* once again it's very clickable and the fact that you chose a stretching program it adds that little extra to your video!
*Notes: you said you found the program on a random ad, which in itself could be part of the thumbnail or title as it has some click value. Example of a title "30 day stretching program from Facebook ads" my example title is far from good but you get what I mean:)*
*Video: 4/10* there's a very professional feel to the video buuut it's very slow paced which could very likely mean a smaller retention rate. You could've made the video shorter or used edits to help keep the retention rate up. Tips for improved video performance: don't have the same thing on the screen for more than 4 seconds unless it's "entertaining". Let's say that you are talking and after 4 seconds you can zoom, add other video clips, text or something else. Things just need to happen very frequently. That is most needed in the first part of the video to keep viewers fully engaged in your content. Comedy usually goes a long way for keeping people interested, just a tip!
Conclusion: Thumbnails are amazing and so are your titles. By the look of them I suspect you want a high click rate on your videos. I suspect you have that very thing, but high click rates doesn't mean much if the retention rate falls short. Click rates gets new people in on your content and retention rates make people stay and subscribe! If you're looking to grow on RUclips then retention rates is a thing you have to work on!
Other than that, very professional work you've put into the video. It both looks and feels very high quality, actually to the point where I expected to see yet another million subscriber channel!

Did you only do this program for 8 minutes 3 times a week. “Beginner To Advanced 8-Minute Routines
Lateral Hip & Muscle Flexibility Leading Up To Side Splits” Or did you do all 6 programs every day within the hyperbolic stretching program because that takes 8x6 minutes.

Hmmm.In the video at 4.21 you show a calendar where you do not train every day. So in a typical week how many minutes are you using from Monday to Monday
