Two absolute beasts..... love the energy you're both bringing, very motivating and inspiring for 4.45 on a Monday morning chaps 💪🏾💪🏾 Jake, it would be good to see what you're doing for your weight reduction while still maintaining engine and strength and aesthetics. As a busy dad of 2, full time work and 40+years old it's always a balance and fight not to finish off my kids food or Nandos hahaha

    Alright jake im 80 kg any idea of what sort of cals i shud be having a day training for hyrox. Do manual builders job and train crossfit/hyrox 4 too 5 times a week. Cheers

      Doubt Jake is gonna reply to you on these videos mate. Depends on your body composition, are you as strong as you need to be/ cardio as good as it needs to be. You need enough calories to account for what you burn and enough protein.
