Do you drink water everyday? You need half of your body weight in Oz every single day. I weight 130 so I need 65 Oz a day. Bags under eyes can be from dehydration and not just from lack of sleep. I hope I helped. Thank you for the video!! Oh and if your PH balance is 5.5 and lower, your chances of getting cancer go up a lot higher. DONT DRINK TAP WATER , unless it’s filtered with a good filter not a brita or something like that.
