You do what you can. And the ones that are hard on you give it to God in prayer. He loves you. You are a good person.

Why are they haters ? I have 4 you tube influencers I really enjoy and you're one of them. There are several others I only watch when they are decorating their home. But I don't hate them. Just find them a little boring. And never tell them I hate them !! Just be nice. Keep doing what you're doing you're doing great !!! Signed a big fan !!!!!😊

You are doing such a great job as a mama there is absolutely nothing wrong with helping our kids keep their rooms organized, everyone has stuff and struggles and im sure its harder being on camera on RUclips for everyone to see but your doing the best you can and it looks great, maybe you could get some of those hanging nets for the stuffed animals that would get them off the floor I have a daughter who also loved all her stuffed animals when she was little, she's an adult now and still has most of them, but love you and your channel
I'll definitely have to be creative with more storage. I've looked into the hanging nets and looking at shelving ideas. 😊

Freezer meals and easy meals are the way to do it sometimes for your sanity. We can't always provide a full course meal every single dang night with all the chaos.

I’m a person who gets overwhelmed by to much mess and don’t know where to start. I would always go in my kids room every once in awhile to help because I knew what they were feeling.

Hi Marie, I love your channel. I agree with the issues that some people use their children for content. I have unfortunately have stopped watching a few youtubers because it seems to be all about the kids. I look forward to your videos every week. I also, used to cleanup my kids rooms (when they were younger, they are all grown now). Usually every other week, I would go in and dust, vacuum and pick up. I think that they need to be kids and not worry about their rooms and chores all the time. They would clean up their rooms themselves also, but I don't see a problem with it at all. I know you mentioned the purple glove that you use, I was also wondering where you got it? I definitely would like to get one for my bathroom. Have a great day and keep up the good work.

I have been binge watching your channel for about 3 months, and I think you are an amazing mom. I have seen your children doing lots of things to help out around your home. Your home is absolutely beautiful, and you do a great job of keeping it spotless.
Oh also! Have you thought about adding some vertical storage in your girls rooms? Maybe some open shelves on the wall for her to display her art creations? That way it won’t just be scattered everywhere or thrown in baskets and she can enjoy them!
Yes, I have thought about shelving on the walls, but I'm not sure how to go about it yet. I really want to get wall shelving for them.

My oldest son is also a maximalist and it drives me nuts lol 😂. Not that I tell him that though haha.
One thing I started doing was once a month I have him go through all of his crafts and things he makes and put them in a “save and keep” tote that I put in our garage. Then at the end of the year he can go through them and decide what he wants to keep. It’s worked really well to keep the clutter out of the boys room and still gives him the option to keep things he loves. Just an idea! You’re amazing momma!

I do! There are definitely days I've laid on the couch all of naptime and just rested, especially on days I'm not feeling well. I've also taken a nap while he napped a few times, too. For the most part, I try to stay productive, but it is okay to rest. 😴

We have a hard time with having no space at our house too so I feel ya! Juts a thought to possibly help… have you guys thought about open shelving placed in your girls room to help with storage? You could put their stuffed animals up there or books or whatever. Hope it helps!
We don't really have any floor space to add any bookshelves in their room, but we did add a few wall shelves recently!

Hi Marie. There are nets for the corner of rooms for stuffed animals. Addalyn needs a shelf over her vanity for all those great masks.
I try to leave their stuffed animals where they can reach them, especially Arabella because she plays with them, but a net would probably be a good idea!
My husband and I are raising three of our grandchildren and I go in their rooms a couple of times a month and completely reset everything. So you’re not the only one! 😊

My daughter was a stuffed animal addict! She is almost 34 and still refuses to get rid of some of her favorites from childhood! My solution for her little room was a hammock that I had in a corner of her room that she could reach by standing on her bed.

That is so creative those mask your daughter made! I totally know we’re your coming from, my youngest daughter is the same way! She doesn’t want to get rid of nothing! And she is very crafty too, I got one of those big bins that are used to store decor and I store all of the stuff she makes, when she first makes it I keep it on display for a few days then I put it in storage bin. I love how you always keep it real! I also have came to realize that’s it’s just not realistic to follow trends, Im in survival mode over here and I do my best with what I got! And I thank God for every one and thing that He has given me!

There is nothing wrong with cleaning your kids' room every once in a while...It's a nice reset and a subtle way to show them you love them. When I clean my daughter's room out of the blue, she is VERY grateful (as yours probably are too). And when we are all old and less mobile, we can only hope as moms, that our kids will remember the gesture and kindly return the favor. Great job mom-ing hun!👍💪😃

I wonder if you could get Adilynn a slender bookshelf with the square totes for art items to go in and put it where the rolling drawers are? You could leave one of the shelves out (or may need two) from bottom and store the tuba there and then only have two items on her wall in front of the dresser. OR if you put the shelving closest to her bed and her vanity closer to dresser, she could hang art from the side of shelving that she can see from her bed. Just a thought. Keep doing what you are doing, Marie. You are a positive influence on the world.
I love the idea of a shelf. I was looking into doing something for more storage in the girl's room, but I'm still trying to figure it all out. Lol. They have so much stuff.

I know you are renting but are you able to put floating shelves in your girls room? A couple shelves would probably help tremendously. Some landlords will allow it as long as you agree to leave them when you move out. Just an idea! 😁 Also, they have some really cool over the door storage, mostly for nurseries but can be used for anything that could help with the stuffies.

Thanks girl. 😊 I have over the door hooks on the girl's closer for their bookbags and on the back of the bedroom door for Adi's things. Yes we have talked about floating shelves or some sort of shelves for storage. We always fill-in our nail holes when we move out, so it shouldn't be an issue. 😊

I clean my son’s room but it’s really never messy. Why would anyone care about whether or not a parent is cleaning their kids room? Especially when they don’t know you? I say everyone just calm down and love your babies and do what you think is best for your family. Im also a stay at home mom and enjoy your uplifting videos and non critical style 💕

I agree kiddos need help with cleaning ❤ try a saxophone hook for your wall!! You could hang that and get some ways for her to hang her masks up too 🫶🏼

I got in and clean my kids room. I have two teenage boys and a 2 year old daughter. Working on get the 2 year old to clean and the boys I just start taking away privileges until they clean starting with video games, but I do end up doing a more deep cleaning of that room. At the moment it is potty training my toddler. She is ready a lot sooner than boys ever were.
Yes, my girls were both ready a lot sooner than my boys with potty training. The girls were easier. I started Nolan at age 2, but he wasn't ready until closer to age 3.
Never allow thoughts/comments of others to dictate how you choose to run your household. You don't owe anyone an explanation for the choices and decisions you make for your household. Pretty sure your daughter and mine would be BFFs. She’s 11 and is soooo into art. Like she needs all the supplies and she takes them with her everywhere. Heaven forbid we throw away 1 tiny scrap that she scribbled on. She’s also in band, luckily not the tuba! I told her she could play whatever instrument I could find for cheap lol a friend had a flute so that’s what she plays. Died at the “skills”. I make my daughter practice her “skills” outside on the porch. I’m sure our neighbors love it. I’m the same as you I would never force her to get rid of her things no matter how much the clutter drives me crazy

You're doing amazing job Mama. Give yourself some Grace. I know I think all of us moms give our kids that Mama touch in their room would go in there once in awhile and do everything LOL. I know my daughter don't get off the bus till like 5:00 because she's the last one on there.
School starts so early and ends so late. My kids leave before the sun and gets home close to dinner time.

Girl!! I just love you!! You are a great mom!!! I agree kids should clean there room I am currently teaching my 4 year old to clean her own room.. BUT a mom does need to go on a help out sometimes! To clean, disinfect, and organize! Keep being you!!! ❤

Being able to stay at home to be with your kids and make money is AWSOME. I was always made to feel less of a person because I was a stay at home mom. Being one is hard work. There is no time clock or other adults to talk with though out the day. You have the best of both worlds from my view point of view

The tuba is very heavy. I wish their closet was large so I could fit shelving and their things in it. I have considered shelving in the walls!
