Have an Evo X MR built by Kozmic motorsports and got parts from maperformance. Still using as a daily. MHI turbo, Ohlins, whiteline, stop tech and full bolt ons with borla exhaust
Kind of doing similar on my 100% stock 2014 Evo X right now, just acquired a bunch of parts in bulk from you guys lol never touched anything in the car til now. Well was 100% stock til I started putting stuff on. Was at 45k miles only things I ever changed were pads, rotars and wheels other than that it kind of just sat in my garage.
Can't wait to see the final product, keep it up guys, already bought MANY parts from you guys in the past, last thing I need is that ETS intercooler kit 😋
I just recently sold my Evo to Carvana. 71k miles. I had it for 2 year or so. I did the clutch. 3rd and 4th would grind after doing the redline mix. I loved it but I felt like I compared it too much to my s2000 and ruined the fun for me. Also I had twin and a 6yo so that’s another reason I sold it lol
@ as far as build quality. The S2000 is super well put together. Handles. The s2000 is super nimble while the Evo felt heavy of course but still handles well. Power wise the Evo is quick. Turbo kicks in around 3k rpm. While s2000 is slow but seems more exciting to drive. Less maintenance as well.
Arguments can be made both ways depending on who you talk to, goals for the car, the build itself and parts you used etc. Stay tuned for the episodes to come, and we think you'll get a good answer to your question!
Don’t do an AP big waste of money for using off the shelf maps for your car when you can just get a etune, contact chagtuned website he has the info to get you your car specifically tuned and not a tune that was made for someone else’s car and mods

How did it compare to your S2k?

I love it
Reason for Accessport Tuning when Open source tuning is known and tested as more reliable?

How come you guys did not torque the spark plugs? Huge mistake and coming from map performance amazing😮
Not really necessary…
Let me know when that oil catch can stops being the price of a hellcat owners monthly car note.
Should have done a compression test
Not a bad idea. We didn't feel it was necessary due to the lack of modifications, and how well the car is behaving/performing out of the gate.
Hmmm…..Giveaway car?
Maybe one day, maybe not 🤠
