    It's so different of Cancun and playa del Carmen. Cause there is just a turistic place in my opinion

    how do you have the cenotes without a million tourists, we ae travelling as a group of 10 and would love to have a cenote as quiet as yours were in the video

      Hi Chris, there are dozens and dozens of beautiful cenotes in the Valladolid area (and Yucatan) but for some reason many tourists go to the same ones that are most talked about or that they saw on social media. I had a local guide that shared the one you saw in video (plus a few others) where I was at the cenote either alone or with just a few other people.
      If you happen to visit Valladolid again, here is one that is quiet and I didn't get there early in the morning or anything like that. I mention some others on my channel and blog too worthwhile visiting. ruclips.net/video/GoK_43byzIE/видео.html

      @LittleBirdieTravel Thank you so much for your reply, we are visiting Valladolid in October and are trying to experience as much local sites without the tourists so we can get a much more real experience.

      @@Chris-yb5dj Great, don't be afraid to go off the beaten path! Have you been to the Ek Balam Ruin? Also a great one. Plus, October is low season in tourism so that should also help with avoiding the crowds. Have fun!

      This will be our first time visiting Mexico, we are staying for 8 days in Playa del cayman and doing a day trip to Chichen Itza, Ik kil, Valladolid and Ek Balam. It is going to be a big day.

    would you regement to spend 6 days there in Valladolid?

    • @LittleBirdieTravel
      @LittleBirdieTravel  2 года назад +1

      6 days would be plenty and give you extra time to take many day trips to cenotes, the Mayan Pyramids such as Ek Balam, Chichenitza and other places. The town itself is small, but to take it slow and have time to venture off the beaten path 6 days is plenty. I spent 5 there.
