- It feels impossible to get a job in tech right now. In this video I dig into the some of the primary reasons it's so hard to get hired in tech. My name is Dwayne Golden I'm a sales executive at a $20 Billion software company, and I'm going to share some insider secrets about what's actually going on in the job market and what you can do to still get hired in a competitive market.
I'm guessing this is good news for older workers if you're in a position to be able to take less money. I'm 55 and dealing with ageism. I need to work 7 more years, but I can function just fine on 2/3rds of my salary.
Ageism is a problem when moving into a new industry, especially. I love your perspective. This could be an advantage for you. What field are you looking at? Happy to help anyway I can my friend.

Bro any suggestions on what I should do instead? I’m already 29 and just graduated with cs degree. Either might go to law school next fall or become a high school teacher. This is all just jumping through hoops.

@@isaiahyoungbrown Right so when there are listings on glassdoor, indeed etc. with remote tech sales opportunities... those aren't lucrative or valid?
