He came to Philippines as a refugee when he was young coz his country got war. He choose to go Philippines not knowing abt the country and no friends at all. For many months he was so lonely thinking of his parents and brothers in Syria. He studied in Philippines till he got his degree. Now he has his business I think a Restaurant, he got a big house now.
Basel found his purpose in life. He's so kind hearted and I pray for him everyday and people he's helped that they pay forward.

I have been watching the Hungry Syrian videos. He is such a role model of what a Decent Human Being should be. I met an Orphan Filipino boy when he was 19 and he was also collecting bottles to put himself through school. My Heart went out to him as he told me his story. His family was killed in a car crash when he was 15 and he’s been on his own since. I stepped in and I am now putting him through University in the Philippines. He’s in his 2nd year to become a Teacher. I pay for his boarding school and food and and other expenses he has. My Goal is to have home move to Canada once he Graduates. I’m doing this because no child should have to live alone with no family and he now calls me Papa. This is done out of Love for our fellow Human Beings who deserve a Normal Life knowing that’s there are people who actually care for them. I have Basil to thank for this as he has been an Inspiration to me and my Family during this whole Process.
I think guys you can collaborate with him since you've mentioned before u wanna help people as well. Each time am watching Basel's video from his channel I'm always crying as well. He is well loved because of his kindness.

I cried alot because it reminds me of my self when i was like his age before im also do those thing or more worse than his situation because my parents broke up since i was 1 year old and it makes my mom using drugs just because she's on deppresion to think that how would she raise 5 child without partner even its so hard for me to lived in this world full of challenges but i will be more motivate to be successfull person someday to help my mother even if shes not a perfect mother to us but i will give my all to her in jesus guidance 🙏

The place that you can see where they are talking to the child is his shop. This had happened when they are doing a renovation. He has a shop in Las Piñas and actually, he has two shops now.
He is blessing Filipino people that is why the world and God is giving him back for every good deeds he is doing.
