For quite a long time, the number of islands in the Philippines was estimated to be 7,107. However, a recent report by the National Mapping and Resource Information (NAMRIA) has discovered 534 more islands, increasing the number of islands to 7,641.Oct 19, 2018...

Zamboanga city is the number one largest chavacano spoken than cavite & bicol all around the philipines. Because cavite & bicol more tagalog or bisaya mix or accent. But in zamboanga city in my country .more italy spanish or mexico mix.because in zamboanga city is the number one chavacano spoken. Sometime have bisaya. But a little bit hehehe.
I am from Vigan and I suggest you guys should visit our place one day somehow. I will give you a free ride and tour around our city. You will be amazed on how we preserved the philippine history here. We dont actually have beautiful beaches here like in cebu but im sure you guys will be amazed on our culture and traditions. Just a short preview about Vigan; when Japanese government ordered their soldiers to wreck all the buildings built by the Americans and Spaniards here in the Philippines, Vigan was the only town that was saved from the bombing because a Japanese soldier fell inlove with a Bigueña or a woman from Vigan. Ill look for a video here in youtube that will further explain the history of our city.
