but for me it took like 3-4 weeks, i was eating 2,700-3K calories per day and I felt like throwing up a lot, but then it went away and I can eat that smoothly and I stay hungry 🤍 hope this helps

Oh! And I don’t take 2 shakes a day anymore. That’s only in the beginning when I started my weight gain journey. Now I take 1 a day since I’m closer to my weight goal. Really hope you enjoyed the video.🥰💕

Thank you for making these videos for all those people that are underweight for whatever reason it may be. I was always skinny and tall 5'6 , 95 pounds. I never had a big appetite and growing up the foods my mom fixed did not appeal to me. In my day people didn't snack in between meals.
I did gain some weight after I moved out, got married and had kids. Now I am in my 70s, and thin again. I unfortunately have a swallowing disorder so solid foods are out. But I am watching your videos to get some protein/smoothie ideas, and snacks or meal ideas I can adapt for me. I have gained 8 pound but need about 5-10 more to give me a good cushion in case.

I really need this bc I have such a hard time gaining weight, I never eat like you said you were. I just had no appetite or anything, even tho I'm a stoner too lol. I've always struggled with my weight since I was born (I was a month and a half early and only weighed like 2 pounds) and growing up, I was always so small and tiny and people always thought I would starve myself but thats not true. I just never have an appetite but when I do, I'll eat and eat and never gain weight bc I'm not eating right. So I really needed this video, thank you so much.🖤

Like you said in the beginning, I struggle with my appetite and usually only eat about a meal a day. It's so hard for me to find my appetite lately, then when I'm finally hungry my stomach can only take half of my plate of food. Which was very small to begin with.. I just want to be normal 😭 It's a vicious cycle of not feeling hungry, feeling extremely nauseous and then feeling hungry but nothing sounds good. I've tried so many things to stimulate my appetite. I think having an eating disorder at 15-19 ruined my stomach. I just want to be able to eat a meal like you cooked! I'm going to keep trying, I'd do anything to have your body! Lmao. Need some meat on my bones 😭😵

Start by eating smaller portions. Eat consistently throughout the day. But of course healthy fats, carbs and lots lots of protein. I wasn't use to it either but my stomach got use to consuming more eventually.
It’s called reverse dieting. When people eat less calories they starve and when you slowly increase calories you will struggle with feeling full! It will change over time! Took me years! But within months it will become habit and you’ll naturally notice eating more. Always keep a snack next to you so if you ever see it you’ll eat it even if it’s one bite every 30 minutes! It’s better then nothing!💖

At what time of the day do u eat that burger??? Because u had a snack after that (at 3bits I’d be so full).....and when you eat the burger do you get like super full? I do sometimes over eat lol when I know I should stop lol

@@Amberrgamez The problem is even if I do meal prep I can only eat so much in one sitting and I can’t eat whenever I want to so it can be a little tricky.
I've always been underweight,but I eat with no problem I just need more protein high calorie snacks and meals.

Hey girl! :) what do you think of taking protein shakes? Ive seen videos where they dont recommend protein supplement. That instead one should just take the real food protein.
Honestly I've had protein shakes for about 4 years and I'm fine. Its just about personal preference. If you want to have them, then that's fine. I don't always put protein powder in my shakes. Sometimes I'll just make a banana, frozen strawberries, peanut butter, oatmeal, honey, cinnamon and almond milk smoothie.

For protein shakes. I do 1 scoop of whatever protein you choose to get, cup of milk, tbsp of peanut butter, 1 banana and half a cup of oatmeal. Some days I just do the milk and protein.

Nellah Grace it took me about 2 years. JUST because I wasn’t consistent. It was hard for me to eat more throughout the day. But then my body started getting use to it and it wasn’t a problem any more. I’ve learned if you’re consistent everyday... you will gain A WHOLE LOT FASTER.💕

No. I just make sure to eat the right amount of calories per day. Up to 2500 a day or more. I eat a lot of pasta, bread, protein and all that good stuff. (:

Like I said in the video it’s not easy getting use to eating a lot in one day. That’s why it’s good to eat a lot of snacks, shakes meals with a lot of protein/carbs and fat.

Dedra Vaughan trust me it was hard for me in the beginning of the process. Lol Drinking 2 shakes a day will help, eat a lot of bread, pasta, protein bars, rice, potatoes, eggs and whole milk if you aren’t lactose. You will gain girl! I did it. You got this! 💕 Be patient with yourself. It won’t happen overnight.

Try eating slowly and taking a sip or two in between. Watching something while eating is also good so you don’t think about it too much - thinking makes me feel full.

2 tbsp of peanut butter that I get is 14g protein and my bread wheat bread has about 3.6g protein each slice.
Short curious are you tall? Cause if a shorter person ate this much they might put on too much weight.

When you’re trying to gain weight it’s hard to be healthy. So no when I was gaining I would eat a lot of fat, carbs and protein to get to the weight I wanted. You can’t really gain weight eating sooo healthy. Now that I weigh 141 pounds, my goal is to tone my body. So now in October I will start eating healthier. But I will still continue to do a video of meals that helped me gain weight because I know it isn’t easy for a lot to gain.
What about if you want to grow the gains but get a flat tummy. 😭
I wish thats the way it worked. lol But if you want to gain weight, you're going to gain everywhere. And thats the reason you should keep working out while gaining weight. That way your gains turn into muscle. I currently reached my goal weight which is 140. Now that I've gained, I'm now in the process of toning my body. Amber Gamez I’ve lost like around 7 pounds so I currently weight 149 but I’m tall I just have a little belly fat I’ve been counting my macros for like about 4 months I’m currently consuming 1,890 cause that’s what my app told me according to what I wanted to do which was lose weight but idk if I should start consuming more calories or just keep it the same 😰

anayeli estrada keep eating a lot of protein, not too much carbs and fat. Do ab workouts everyday or every other day. Doing some HITT workouts are good to tone the whole body as well.

Eliseth Gutierrez Take 2 protein shakes a day. Fill up your shakes with oatmeal, peanut butter, banana, honey and whole milk and purchase a protein powder. You can eat 2 bars a day as well. But I really recommend eating a lot of pasta, bread, oatmeal, sweet potato/potatoes, and rice. And of course chicken, salmon, beef and steak.

I honestly can’t say. I would never weigh myself weekly. I just think it’s unhealthy to weigh yourself constantly. I would weigh myself monthly if not every 2 months. In the beginning of my weight journey I wasn’t consistent with eating correctly. It took me time.
Amber Gamez if you don’t mind me asking but what is your height ? I tried gaining weight but according to dietitians I can’t weigh more than 150 for my aim is to get to at least 145 lbs maybe 150 lbs on a good day. My current weight is 137lbs and I am 5’6

I feel like it comes down to an individual bone/body structure because one can gain weight and not have any adverse effect because they are still eating healthy. So thanks for the advice I think I might just intake alot of vegan or vegetarian based foods but still eat meat that way I am still eat healthy. 😁
