If you wantbto hear him do a song in Spanish, he does a cover of Dark Moors "Cancion de Pirata" and it's better than the original version. Definitely check out Dan's other metal Christmas songs. Adeste Fideles (O Come All Ye Faithful in Latin) also has a fantastic finale. O Holy Night w/Victor the Guitar Nerd was this past year's song & it's awesome. I don't remember if Dan's Handel's Messiah Hallelujah Chorus (One Man Choir) was done for Christmas, but it's unbelievable what he pulled off in that one. It's traditional, not metal. If you've never heard (seen) it, add it to your list and prepare yourself. Loved your reaction.😊
The song is to be sung with great power in my opinion, even in the church. This is why metallizing the song makes it so wonderful. Many hymns like amazing Grace and O Holy Night, these songs need power behind them and when Dan sings them, he adds that bit of metal to it and really knocks the songs out of the ballpark.
