Glad I found your channel - I'm currently considering a ZR2 (going from an Outback Wilderness) and it's great to see some reasonable upgrades as I think about going down this path. Thanks!
@@outlandishoverland awesome, thanks I have more confidence to try now, It might also be enlightening if you talk about it and how you did it. Awesome channel!!!
@@arshadmahmud7219 if you are referring to the ones on the roof of the truck they are from the parks we visit. I just got some Velcro from Amazon to stick on the back of them
At least for the ZR2 you need at 2 inches to level out the truck. So if you did a 1 inch lift you still have room to have weight in the bed to not squat. You can do the tie rod sleeves instead 😏

Thanks for watching!
My desert boss came with the mats, I got the lights, lift and OCD plug stuff though.
Nice 🙌🏽
did you put a new sway bar link with a quick pin to disconnect? 1:53
Yes I had made a sway bar quick disconnect for the ZR2.
@@outlandishoverland wow excellent, and how do you secure the sway bar after disconnecting it?
@@ibex-xland It stays up by itself with the bushings. Haven't had an issue also even if the sway bar would drop doesn't make any contact

@@ibex-xland I have a snip of it on my Fins and Things video where I talk about it

Where did you get the Velcro patches from? Are they direct stick on or two piece patch?

@@outlandishoverland awesome thank you!
Which Lasfit bulb did you install in the tail lights? Nothing is listed on their site for those lights.
where do you get the mount for the pod light gang?
From Badland Industries
Nice video. Thank you for the information
Thanks for watching
With the 1 “ lift you can put 35” tires on
Correct
Not a fan of leveling kits.. they make the rear end look squatted. The truck was designed to have a little rake for weight in the bed or towing.

Did a 2" front/1' rear on a Silverado 1500. It sat perfectly level afterwards.
@scottlitton1987 dang! 2 inches in front and 1 foot in back. Rake city!
Man I wish I could have made it out to you guys today 😭
Yeah us too, we got into some fun stuff 🤟
I think you might have ruined your headliner by sticking all those stickers on it! But nice truck ✌️
They are Velcro patches....
