Wendy is from the group Red Velvet… she moved to canada for school in brockville and in Richmond hill!!!! She debuted in 2014 and in 2019 she suffered a horrific stage accident due to poor stage management, falling over 8 ft resulting in pelvic, wrist and facial fractures… that was dec2019. After 2 months in hospital and more rehab she came back in March 2020…. She is respected as one of the best female vocalists in K-pop
I am ot7 but jin is my bias wrecker 😊…. It is v moving to know what insecurity and self doubt he has risen from to become an amazing singer and especially what a great live vocalist

It was dec 2019 to march 2021 Wendy was on hiatus recovering. She had her jaw wired shut but came back as an even stronger vocalist.

I cried, I laughed, I danced, I sang andi jumped up and down with excitement cuz this is the best album to me. I've been waiting for jin's album for so long and now it's here. Gosh I had goosebumps and I'm the happiest person right now.
This so me!! Ever since I heard him in BTS songs I have been waiting like forever for his solo album . And now I am so excited to hear all his songs. Jin is a phenomenal vocalist and a wonderful creator. He is constantly exploring his potential and growing as an artist ,as a fan I couldn't be more proud of him!!

The last song is actually about Jin's longing for ARMY when he was in the military, about him wanting to be with ARMY. I hope to see your reaction again when the lyric in english is out.

We definitely need more Jin biases here, so I'm really glad you're here. I love every song on this album, truly a no-skip album where Jin's voice SHINES. However, yes, Falling got me on my knees. I'm obsessed. Hope you've already looked up the lyrics by now BECAUSE DAMNNNN.

Gosh this album is so good!! I've been listening to it non-stop and I every time i finished it I get a mix of emotions because I'm happy but also crying lmao. The lyrics are just so beautiful 😭

The Album is absolutely amazing and I am soooooooo proud of him!!! Please Army's stream your ass off for him, because he really deserves it. He worked so hard for us the last 5 months....i don't think he even has seen the inside of his house lately.

Jin blows me away - always has - I mean, man, a tap on the shoulder : "hey, you wanna audition for this new agency"...for one reason and one reason only - his looks....and KAAAABOOOOM !!!! look what got uncovered and unleashed in the trainee room - they all have amazing vocals, but Jin honestly is the complete singer - he is phenomenal. Can NOT wait to see him chat and perform on Jimmy Fallon - gonna be epic :)

I think you should react to the lyrics of falling in particular because it could be construed as sexy but to me based on what Jin said about the song it reads more desperately anguished I want to know it would be interesting l to see what you have to say when you look at the lyrics from lens the lyrics to I will come to you or important because it's the song that Jin wrote the first draft by himself! Hearing it live is amazing!

Falling is literally my Roman Empire, the audacity to have that lyrics and then masking it by serving us with A1 instrumentals is insane. Second is Heart On The Window. I'm obsessed with this two songs it's on repeat. This album is something to be cherished for, for a lifetime!

I do need to point out though that it's not really a sexy song, it's an unrequited/pining song. I don't know if you saw his showcase? But he explained that it's based on something that happened when he was late teens early twenties (always assuming the subs were correct of course.). He was too shy to ask someone out.

I bought the red journey "velvet" version. I like texture. The blue is paper and green shiny, so Jin said. I actually bought it on spotify, so I physically don't have it yet. I did listen to it on spotify and my favorite song is "another level".

I had the exact same response to I will come to you. I didn't have the lyrics either, I just burst into tears. It happens 🤭 I still cry when I hear Blue and Grey. My friends had to hold my hand in the cinema when we watched the Live showing of Permission to Dance on Stage. It was embarrassing 😂

In Canada (I'm not from there, but my partner is), Just You, Sarah, and Tom tends to stock kpop albums! I don't know if you're near Toronto, because there's one in Koreatown there, but I think they have other locations too, and a website? There's also LightUpK, which doesn't have a physical location so far as I know, but they have really reasonable shipping to Canada and free shipping after you spend a certain amount.

I felt the pride of Jin’s first album, I am so happy to be able to finally experience a first solo album since I joined as an Army later than most (as did you) so it feels nice to see someone who can feel the same way I do at times. I am so proud of all of them but he really showcased his talent with these songs, especially they’re not all the same vibes/styles. My jinniekinz 🥺💜

This whole album is so so good. My only complaint is its too short. I am so proud of Jin. Watching him go from someone who did not sing at all, being so insecure about his ability to sing and dance. Watching when he would practice AFTER practice in an attempt to get himself to the same level as his teammates. Even when we could see him starting to soar, he thought he was still stranded on the ground. His vocals are just so good. 🎉
