After what you guys have done in couple months on trip, staying at the luxury hotel is well-deserved reward even though it's just for one night. Cause staying for more than 2 nights it's like the price for a new drone lol. Also I'm noticing you guys literally spent a day off the street just to experience and enjoy the facilities, while usually hitting the road and explore is what you did when you stay in an affordable place. Thank you for putting a 29 mins video and put a smile on my face every second of it.

But we were working with the hotel via Instagram to help them with promotion so didn’t have pay for it.

@@SilkyRonTheRoad Damn it, so well deserved guys haha. Next time you guys planning to go back to East Java, I would like to invite both of you to come and stay in my place in Tuban. There's a region in Bali called Tuban as well, but my place is on East Java. Right in front of my house is rice field, cornfield, many small rivers, mountain views, and within 10 Km you can visit to 3 different waterfalls. So much natural beauty to offer, and I think it suits you guys. Looking forward for your reply ;)
My first time visiting Bali was on the New Year of January 1, 2012, just arriving from Hawaii with my friend who introduced Bali to me. My friend visited Bali in 2001/2002 but was in Hawaii when the bombing occurred in 2002. She had been trying to get me to visit but I always put it off for many years. Then I finally visited Bali and I wished I had listened to my friend, but I finally visited and loved Bali since then.
I haven’t been back since 2020. I’m sure a lot had changed since then.

I've done some reading and realized that in the past, people in the tropics used to use bulding materials that naturally kept their indoor space cooler like mud, bamboo, mud bricks, rattan and others. Nowadays, people build everything with cement and concrete which makes zero sense in the tropical climate (they trap heat and also can't absorb a lot of moisture so then everything starts getting mouldy), plus you also need a fan running 24/7 otherwise you feel like dying. I am no expert but this is what I've figured from the reading I've done. Also, I stayed in a mud hostel in the North of India about a year ago which was basically a traditional house built with mud and wood and the place was absolutely charming but also I could notice I felt very pleasant there, I could breathe easier and yes, people say you feel much more comfortable in such space when it gets hot (couldn't test that out unfortunately bcz it was cold outside). Anyway, your video is beautiful as always!

the $600 villa was a really great place, i've been there to try their tradition bali spa 100/10 experience, they have a great massager, i think you guys should try it! anyway love your bali and east java vlog!

budget minimal saya untuk liburan lokal dengan harga hotel Rp 250.000 ke atas, pasti dapat hotel kecil tapi bagus. kalau di bawah 250.000 ambil capsul hotel (tempat tidur box) meskipun toilet kamar mandi umum, itu lebih baik
