  • Americans are infatuated with big vehicles. Whether it’s a lifted pickup truck, an SUV that seats eight, or even mid-size SUVs, you can’t help but see these vehicles just about everywhere you drive. In fact, just three years ago-except for the Mustang-Ford completely stopped making cars altogether so it could concentrate on turning out more trucks and SUVs for consumers It was a crucial decision, but was it the right one. Brian Moody from Kelly Blue Book joins us on the On Your Side podcast. He says a new analysis finds that larger vehicles have been losing market share since 2022. So, what does that mean for American consumers and what types of vehicles are we turning to for remainder of the year?

Environmental agenda as seen by JG
“It is the absolute right of the State to supervise the formation of public opinion.”
“Think of the press as a great keyboard on which the government can play.”
“Not every item of news should be published. Rather must those who control news policies endeavor to make every item of new serve a certain purpose.”
“Propaganda works best when those who are being manipulated are confident, they are acting on their own free will.”
“The most brilliant propagandist technique will yield no success unless one fundamental principle is borne in mind constantly - it must confine itself to a few points and repeat them over and over.”
“The secret of propaganda: Those who are to be persuaded by it should be completely immersed in the ideas of the propaganda, without ever noticing that they are be immersed in it.”
“Propaganda must facilitate the displacement of aggression by specifying the targets for hatred.”
“We shall reach our goal, when we have the power to laugh as we destroy, as we smash whatever was sacred to us as tradition, as education, and as human affection.”

There is no hope. There were no intelligent comments about the oversized vehicles that are on our roads today. Instead, the hosts have a happy bragging session over how irresponsible they are. The next podcast will inevitably be about how gas prices are too high.
The survey was about how nobody wants big vehicles, yet the hosts just ignored that fact or said it wasn't true while extolling the wonders of their own big vehicles. The truth is that there are very few small vehicles being produced, and even fewer being stocked on the dealership lots because they all make more money selling big ones. It wouldn't surprise me to hear that the oil companies are paying kickbacks to keep small cars off the roads.
Keep ignoring what people want. That is why we're buying old small cars or just buying electric bicycles and telling the dictators to pound sand.
