How are you, my friend? I would like to know what are the stages I take in polishing chrome
Chrome is a plating process. You cannot buff chrome. You can hand polish chrome but if you buff chrome you will ruin it.

I dont have a machine so its all by hand and applicator pad, is there a way to get rid of the cloudy-ness and hologram that way?
That is a great question. I would have to try it and develop a pattern to work around that. I am not sure.
