The problem with barça in my opinion is that plenty of their matches, their goalkeeper is best player on the field ,the most consistent. He saved them so many times. I know fans will say "that’s what he’s there for" ,but still.

Barca should have restructured around when Madrid did in 2018.
The money Barca spent and the money Florentino saved has been evident for years now post covid revenue loss.
Barca's current wage spending is still outrageous, the most in Europe.
But UEFA not going after City or PSG but punishing Barca would be an obvious two tier application of the financial rules.
