If you cut a pair and as you cut it a tiny drop from the pair comes off and gets in your eye and if you don’t rinse your eye underwater immediately would you end up with visual impairment or low vision?
I don't mind eating the skin :) Certain varieties (such as bosc) have tough skin that might not be pleasant to eat. It's up to your preference. Cheers!
