These Two Chinese Characters Look VERY Similar

The Chinese radicals “彳" (cik1) and “人” (亻)(jan4) look quite similar, but they have different meanings.
"住" ( “zyu6”) can mean “live”, and it's from the Chinese radicals “人” (亻). In the video, the friend asked, "你住喺呢頭㗎？(nei5 zyu6 hai2 ni1 tau4 gaa4)" - "Do you live in this area?" "住喺" means "live at"
"往" (wong5) can mean "go or depart" as a verb and "past" as an adjective. In the video, the interviewer asked, "你過往嘅工作經驗呢？(nei5 gwo3 wong5 ge3 gung1 zok3 ging1 jim6 ne1)" - "Where are your past working experiences?" "過往" means "the past".
