      - 180 ml leite integral
      - 30 gramas xarope de glicose ou mel - opcional
      - 4 gr (1 colher de cha de po de gelatina -mais uma colher de cha de agua fria
      - 200 gramas chocolate amargo 70%
      - 360 ml creme de leite duplo - no minimo 30% de gordura - nunca vi pra vender no Brasil, mas existem substitutos talvez creme de leite fresco

      I would not use under fondant it softens easily.

      it's optional. You can add it to the milk if using some.

    This looks similar to chocolate cremeux. No eggs, though.

      similar yes, but you end up with a texture that is a bit different :)
