Hi Maggie, It should work as an insert or filling to an entremet or dessert, but for piping you might need to adjust carefully to get the right texture. You may need to add more chocolate or a bit of gelatin to stabilise the mixture. Good luck!
I saw it right away! The milk has to be the small part and cream the big part of the recipe. On the video it’s correct. In the recipe it’s not. Just find another recipe maybe?
