It appears we're in similar situations and had similar not great 2022 :( I hope your therapy situation is better and that you're doing better mentally! I haven't been in a psych ward but am struggling with many similar problems to you (autistic, tics, agoraphobic, high anxiety, depression, trans, feel unreal/simulated, can't work etc.) Take your time and put out vids at your own pace, we will be here when you need us! Thank you for giving us an update and continue to put your mental health first, staying alive is more important than staying updated! Love from England ❤❤

It’s really nice to meet you Luca, and also to learn about your condition. I’m very interested to hear about your mental health, admittedly it’s something I have not and do not experience but I do find it very interesting. I think your extremely brave making videos about your condition, but not only that they are very educational as well. I don’t script my videos either, I can talk for England anyways lol.. I think you’re doing a great job, it’s more natural to just talk anyway. Looks like you’ve got a good computer setup there. Not sure what editing software you use, I use Davinci Resolve which is very powerful and completely free. Yes, RUclips videos can quickly feel like a chore if like you say you fall into the trap of an upload schedule, thumbnails etc.. I used to do all that but just don’t bother anymore. If people like my channel, they like it, simple as that. Please don’t feel guilty for not working.. As you know I make plenty of videos but now my health has become so poor it’s absolutely impossible to work (I recently had to give up my computer programming job of 30+ years, very upsetting), especially with the amount of pain and consequently lack of sleep. You still have to try and enjoy your life, and if making videos helps with that, then don’t worry about what others think. You say, you don’t know how to make a RUclips video, but you do.. This video is really good and very interesting. It’s actually insight into your life. Sorry about the length of this comment, I’m writing it as I’m watching your video, 20 mins in now. I really think you’re a fascinating person, and I’m pleased to hear you do want to continue making videos, no pressure of course (tomorrow will be fine lol 😊just kidding). All the best - Neil.

So sorry you are going thru so many health issues. I don’t know your stance on God or prayer, but I will be praying for you. I have gone thru some mental health issues myself and I have found that I get strength and feel like He has brought me thru a lot of bad times. So I want that for you so I will pray for you every day…..I pray you will get much better…..and on your videos just do what helps you therapeutically and in that you will be helping others by helping yourself. hi i know i'm kinda doing exactly what you were talking about and it sounded like it really atressed you out and i don't want that, but i just found your channel and i love you and your honesty and it's very cathartic to listen to you talk because i can relate a lot (even tho i'm not trans, don't have tourettes and am not officially diagnosed with adhd). i really hope you're ok and i hope you get the (physical and mental) strength to make the content that makes you feel happy or good about it because that's all that matters! you said yourself that just doing the same thing that's already being done is like...why even bother? and i loove feeling the passion people have for topics through their videos!
