It can be found in both these diseases
I am 23 and i had gone through an ultrasound for gallbladder stone evaluation for which i had been taking medicine for 3months. Now gallstone get disappeared, but a new findings in ultrasound showing that
"A WELL DEFINED FOCAL IRREGULARITY IN RIGHT POSTEROLATERAL WALL OF URINARY BLADDER"
PVR 94 Ml
what abnormality can be this. But there is nothing abnromal in urinary bladder when i scanned 3 months before also i don't have any symtoms now.I am advised to consult a urologist, but he is available only next week. For that much time i can't hold this mental pressure. Kindly explain my condition.
Hello! I'm very sorry to hear about your issue. This can be concerning sometimes. A focal irregularity seen in the bladder can be due to inflammation or a bladder stone. However, it is best to consult with your Urologist because it needs to be examined. It can be hard to wait for a week in such scenarios. If possible, you can repeat the ultrasound scan to see if the focal irregularity still persists as sometimes there are false positives seen in some cases. But you should still go to your Urologist to thoroughly examine the issue. Best Wishes!
@@DrSamsImagingLibrary thank you sir for your valuable reply ❤️
Sir how to get BOWEL USG f.
As in whole abdomen USG .they never scan bowel .how to Ask for it
Bowel is skipped on routine abdominal scans if there is no suspected abnormality regarding them because they are usually filled with gas and are very difficult to visualize. It requires proper preparation which allows easier visualization of the bowels. You can directly request them or ask your doctor to advise a bowel usg scan for you.
Thanks Dr sami..
Try to improve the sound..there is a very annoying background sound
Thanks for watching! Are you referring to this video or the older ones regarding background sound?
