  • Level up your pole dancing routine with a partner with Caro and Theresa's tutorial on Layback Balance.
    This trick is great for pole dancers in intermediate-advanced level. To start, the lower partner will perform a layback with extended legs where the hips must be strongly tilted to get the best possible grip. Then, the upper partner will put as much weight as possible on the legs of the lower partner to act as a counterweight. It is best to have the legs positioned wide, one foot close to the pole, one foot on the shins of the partner.
    Pro Tip: The upper partner only takes the weight off the legs of the lower partner as soon as the lower partner has securely gripped back to the pole again.
