Dude, there's a second engine crane with chains. You need to use that one to list the engine I believe
When you are in the car you can press t to go into the tablet

there was no turbos in cms 15 but there was superchargers and you could but them biult or you could build it
There was a few turbo chargers in CMS15. One was an addon and the other was with the Mayan M6 i believe.

I've been interested in restoring cars for a while, but have never known where to start. Would this be a good game to learn the basics of how cars go together and all that, and I continue my learning through technical school?

So in order to complete the tutorial and actually play the game I need to take the whole engine out and completely replace it?(Or the red damaged parts) Is it a $4000 engine?
You don't have to do the whole engine. Just the spark plugs and other red things.
Actually you dont even have to touch that car. It said the other car had no oil. Just add oil to the other car and test drive it and your on your way!

You would add oil normally the way you would in real life. Just open the hood, Click on the engine and look for the oil cap. Click on the cap to take it off and a bottle will appear. Add oil to the car then put everything back on like the cap and the hood etc.. Then goto the door and select test drive and put the car through its paces and your set. It will take you to your garage and you get your first call
