I have loved Glass for almost 40 years, and have listened to this piece many times--but your performance was arrestingly beautiful and really (as others have noted) captured and expressed something of the swinging rhythm in this composition that the many piano recording has not quite conveyed. I have heard it as if for the first time! Truly a virtuosic and heartfelt performance--thank you....and keep 'm coming!

It is not popular because the bass notes never really sound musical-as much thud as tone.
