I am really ecstatic to hear you guys really loved Markoff’s Haunted Forest. I worked in the Vampire Village that night. I was the tall and fast one with blood soaked hair.

Markoff's Haunted Forest was amazing! You all know how to put on a great show. The Vampire Village was actually one of my favorite parts. So cool. I really want to get my family there to see it sometime soon. Great job!

Allen was super cool and it was great hearing his perspective on the haunts we saw. He even gave me some tips for my home haunt this year. It was such a fun trip, Can't wait for next year! Thanks so much for watching and leaving the comment!

It was great seeing so many haunts in one day, and then getting Allen's thoughts afterwards was awesome. He even gave an epic talk on why clowns are overused in haunts. Just sitting on the bus talking to other enthusiasts was super cool. This definitely won't be my last convention. Seeing Markoff's blew my mind, I have never seen a haunted trail like it. One huge set piece after another. You are right, it certainly did get the creative juices flowing. Thanks for watching!

The haunts were amazing. It was so much fun just hanging out with other haunters. Definitely something you need to experience at least once. One of these years you need to come our way and we'll go on a haunt tour. As always, thanks for watching!

Haha, Allen definitely enjoyed it the most out of everyone. I think I liked it more than a lot of people honestly, but it was definitely inconsistent. I really liked some scenes, then others parts were a let down. It was a great trip though and I loved hearing everyone's perspective on things. Thanks for watching!

Is that what you heard from other guests too, that is was a let down?

@@JamesColvent I definitely wouldn't say that. The criticisms I heard was that there was too much stuff around and a couple people didn't like seeing Spirit props. To me, all the objects gave the feel of a crazy, sort of Silent Hill vibe, so I really liked that part, but a few of the people I talked to thought it was overkill. We all agreed that the actors were amazing and the big scenes were super cool. My only criticism was that I noticed (really only in the quiet parts) that a few set pieces were a lot more simple, such as a drawn on brick wall, compared to the crazy detailed set pieces in other places. Overall though, I thought Laurel's actually was the most unique of the haunts I went to as far as theme and feel. I personally prefer that sort of surreal, supernatural feel as opposed to say a butcher themed haunt, so it was right up my alley. All that said, Allen was definitely the most in love with Laurel's. I heard him mention a few times, out of no where on the bus ride, how good he thought it was. It was dark, so I don't even know if he was talking to someone else or just himself, lol.

@@ScareDad I think it’s hard to say they are unique because their premise is copying the movie icons quite a bit. Maybe what sets them apart I guess would be their use of guys in drag wearing woman’s clothing and the burlesque vibe they go with,. I went last season and saw guy dancers in dresses dancing around, and couldn’t figure out how that was even remotely scary. But I guess to each their own. I think they should’ve chosen other more well known shows or even 301 devils is pretty good with what they do.

@@JamesColvent Was that their premise? I thought it would be based on the movie posters in the line, but don't feel like it followed through. Same with the story. I think more haunts need to focus on story and was excited they appeared to be setting one up in the beginning, but that didn't really follow through either. Guys in dresses, eh, maybe they think its creepy but people see weirder stuff in Walmart these days. Also, I'm a little upset not one person commented on my drag joke about all the ladies wanting pictures with me. I still think the overall haunt vibe was pretty creepy, surreal and unique. We had a few actors that were pretty memorable in our walk-through. I found the set designs interesting, even if they were composed with a lot of junk. Not saying it was the best executed haunt, but I felt that they tried something different. Clearly it did not work for everyone. I think it probably depends on what you are looking for in a haunt.
