I know Zermatt cause we went to the same gym last time. The amount of work he puts in when he's not shooting or doing any content is incredible and the discipline too... What he said here in this video is really a tip of the iceberg. He maintains his health on a daily basis and i know he can continue this is the next 10 years or so. Good job Zermatt. Keep it up!

Why are so many people criticising Zermatt? So many people are just jumping quick into conclusions such as “he is wasting food” or “he is not being considerate”. Those who say that have clearly not watched his videos before. He clearly finishes his food and pays for what he eats full price. He does competitive eating as a hobby and it is not overeating as he is clearly well trained for it and can handle such large portions. He also promotes hawkers and restaurants which is also a positive. He watches is health very carefully and only shoots every 3-4 days and was also a dietician. He watches his health and exercises regularly. So I do not understand the hate at all. You haters are just jealous.

He made his living from eating competitively, he paid in full for the food, yes nothing wrong with that.
But I wound love to see him donates food to the homeless in Singapore. He's not liable to do the charity but it would be an extra point for me to respect him as a youtuber.

Overeating is a waste of food though. He himself is clever enough to understand that but its his career so he is not going to sabotage himself. Let us not go into denial just because we like his videos. I watch his videos sometimes and enjoy it sometimes too but I don't deny that I'm wrong to help promote overeating and wasting of food.

Funny how all those who criticise are the same ones either smoking, drinking or consuming unhealthy food with a lot of salt/sugar, just that yall think you are "healthier" under the illusion of 3 plates of unhealthy food per day. The difference between us and him is that he fasts, he workouts regularly & he closely monitors his health through blood tests.

have been watching his videos since he had only thousands of subscribers, I think he could eat more than the most popular mukbanger in Indonesia named tanboy kun
calorie deficit is everything, he could eat 10 grand calories in a video, if his BMR is 1800 and he burnt 1200 calories, consuming 500 calories each day, it means he has 2500 calorie deficit a day, he said it takes him 3 days to take another mukbang video so 4 days including the day video taken in total he burnt 10k calories

Billion dollar global insight - Thesis on marketing, psychology, culinary, MBA cum competitive eating diplomas, monetise as movie, anime, RUclips or real life: When filming video content for RUclips where protagonist consume extra large servings of food in a single bowl, pre-calculate (double check three times) to determine the volume of the food, go to various e-commerce platforms and purchase a bowl that is slightly smaller than the volume of food, arrange the food so it looks like its going to overflow out of the bowl to enhance the visual wow and showcase more pixels of the food than the bowl. This will max sales for the sponsor, content creator and happiness for the viewers.

What he is doing is something I don't want my children to do. It's not natural gorging food in front of the camera and feeling clever and smart about it. There are other occupations in life than this one.

ZN should be denied all access to subsidized public healthcare. His insurer should raise his premiums or terminate the contract. He is a health hazard and cost due to his risky occupation.

Report to Health Promotion Board about this guy! He thinks it's cool to over-eat? Just to be popular at the expense of one's health? He is a negative demonstrator for young people!

Are you...for real ? You cannot report someone to the health promotion board for eating what and how much they wanna eat. Your health is ultimately your responsibility. He clearly knows what he is doing. What's next ? You wanna report a random fat kid to HPB for being overweight too ?
