This tutorial explains how to print password-protected PDF files that are otherwise restricted from printing. You can unlock the secured PDF and permanently remove the printing restriction from any PDF file.

Thank you soooo much. I made a special trip some distance to print and scan the signed page I needed to insert, only to discover the original file was protected in a way even Adobe Acrobat couldn't help with meaning another trip to print and scan the remaining pages, as one complete document. Worked quite well. Remember, he said to chose "print" and change the option of where to print. The option I chose was "as a pdf".

Thanks! It worked for me! I was a secured PDF. I had no copy, no print, no export active. I opened google drive (click the 3 dots in the right corner on the google page - you need and account like gmail). Uploaded the 30 pages file. I only needed to print 5 pages. If you click print, it opes a new window with a printable PDF file (online). You chose the pages you want to print, if not all.
