Awesome! Here is a textual guide:
1. Save the pdf to your computer.
2. DRAG the pdf into Chrome (you MUST do this, in order to open it with Chrome)
3. With the pdf open, click on the Print option, and then choose the option to Save it to pdf
4. Go to Documents and open it from there. You can copy and paste.

Are you using Chrome? It really does work, might this be your issue?
If the option *[Save as PDF]* is not visible for you:
You have to click on *[Change...]* below the Destination section (currently a printer name). A new window will pop up. You have to change the destination from your printer to *[Save as PDF]* by selecting it in the bottom section.
Then simply click *[Save]* rename and choose a destination on your harddrive and you are DONE! :)
It will say Save as [Firefox HTML document]. HOWEVER it will save the file as a perfectly working *PDF*.

ps. you dont have to drag it on chrome, simply rightclick the original PDF and select *[Open with]* then choose Chrome.

That's not even a "hack" that's simply bypassing. Just like with those right-clicker websites that block them, go to your meny and select "view source" and you can get what you need lol

Nice trick, it didnt work on one pdf though, cant use print option.
It worked on that one as well, I just use "save as", and saved it as pdf.
