Small Weights Big Results! In this 30-minute pilates workout, we use light hand weights to add extra resistance and strength work for additional full body sculpting.
These weights should be light, only 2-3 lbs. However, if you don’t have weights, you can use water bottles or cans of food; and you can always do all of the exercises without the weights as well.

I appreciate the thoughtful exercises and the pace at which you perform them. I have found it makes a huge difference to me to be able to keep the quality and mindfulness of the movement when the pace is reasonable and I don't end up hurting myself. Keep up the good work!
