- Surveillance video obtained by the KSAT Defenders shows deputy constables from Bexar County Precinct 2 delayed booking a fellow deputy earlier this year until media arrived at the jail.
If they can do this to a officer *imagine* what they have done to innocent citizens

@@beccifinley8234 no, it's kinda weird. She announced she was gonna run for sheriff not knowing when you do that you announced your position as vacant. So county officials declared her position as constable or whatever vacant. She tried to take it back but a judge ruled in favor of the county. So from there she tried to run for sheriff I think.Anyways months later in January, everything caught up to her and now she's facing all these charges.

Constable is a weird position. Some places it means nothing and some places it works like a marshal. I think they can be given extra power from the mayor too. Not sure tho.

A mayor runs a city government. A Constable is an elected County official. A mayor would have nothing to do with a Constable

A majority of law enforcement is corrupt in san Antonio. My dad was a jailer there and he quit because other jailers and cert officers were treating inmates worse than animals. My dad said the final straw was when he found an inmate waiting to be processed starving because they hadn't fed him in over a day or showered him. Imagine that being you or a loved one
That's nothing to be honest. I've went 2 weeks with no shower and they fed us 2 times instead of 3 because they can lawfully, the 2 meals where a small sandwich and a small chip. We ate that for over a month with no access to commissary. All because someone flooded their cell. Ive been thrown in cells naked, no blanket, no heat for over 24 hours. I've been beaten. I've seen people beaten, I've seen people thrown in cells to fight for their entertainment, I've seen c/o's sexually assault inmates. I've seen a c/o force someone to eat a palmetto roach. I've seen alot and this is just me. Imagine what else happens. All this happened in Harris County Texas.
Alot of bad things happen in jails. There is a reason most convicts want to get to prison as soon as possible. Jails are a violation of our 8th amendment. Jails have more restrictions than prisons and you're suppose to be innocent until proven guilty, instead you're in a more confined and limited space before you're convicted. We need jail reform
I've also seen them refuse medical service to a man throwing up blood. That man died

Since this incident, Bexar County Precinct 2 has been raided by the FBI and Texas Rangers, she has had her home searched, her phone seized, and has been replaced as Constable.

If a policeman is not lawfully investigating the crime on behalf of the male/female victim and is entering YOUR company jurisdiction without you summonsing them, then would it not be advisable to be politely placing YOUR public-servants/trustees under your notification that your company is charging $707 per hour/part-there-of for YOUR company time and also $717 for YOUR company performance?....and that any further communicating (verbal) and/ or corresponding (written) with your company, is with them accepting the terms & conditions of the commercial contract IN THE PRIVATE (the cop is now with PERSONAL liability)
This way, you are NOT resisting/refusing to obey/comply with their orders/demands/ questions/ policy, but instead, you are now willing to perform WITH THE CONDITION that payment is with your company immediately, because you have NO CONFIDENCE with them administrating YOUR company trust.
THE TRUST IS COLLAPSED...YOUR company is no longer issuing them any extra credit! Are YOU not the executor and the beneficiary of YOUR trust?...making them the trustees, whom are with their fiduciary obligation and duty-of-care to be NOT causing you injury nor damage nor loss nor harm.
Please remember that THEIR job is NOT YOUR job and that their company policy is NOT
your company policy unless and until they are PAYING for your company time & performance

You may be willing to pursue the matter through the small-claims-court and/or through arbitration which is held in-the-private because PUBLIC court is only for the PUBLIC servant.

DA does not have the power to reject a criminal complaint when it comes to a public official. Must take to a grand jury. See Texas CCP 2.03. DA has now committed the crime.
