Two of the starters have a history of “staying healthy.” Looks like what our depth is the more important barometer of success.

Woulda, coulda, shoulda. Fluff analysis. How many 4/5 star WR prospects has Iowa recruited? How can Hagans lose top VA-based WR? How can he lose Lex Cyrus to SC where their WR coach started in March 2024? Take on the HARD issues Tom.

I'm wasn't a fan of Hagans ever since the start thought we could do better for a WR coach. Sorry just the truth and seems I was correct. If you cannot develop nor recruit elite players what good are ya?

The two problems this team has had consistently in the Franklin era is OL and WR Play. Somehow they consistently send Lineman to the first round of the NFL draft year after year, but the unit's game performance is inconsistent at best. The WR unit is just bust after bust, guys not reaching their potential, guys transferring out, etc. There are patterns here that need to be addressed.

With NIL, Penn State needs to "purchase" a wide receiver. Shameful but that's how it is. The school willing to pay the most gets the best players.
