Guys, this video explains exact situation in the present scenario. Whatever told is exactly happening even with other bikes also. Without any spares, the bikes are getting launched and customer support is getting pathetic. Atleast we need to check the possibility of service centres orelse our lives will go into misarable state. As long as people are purchasing vehicles without considering the basic requirements, this situation will continue with every manufacturer.
You see it take crores of rupees to design develop a product specially automobiles. Theun have to under go stringent norms . Suply chain is issue , they need to sale in good number to te cover certian cist kahich eventually they can out innexoansion , spares , services.. and it donde on quantum also. Do not expect you to get finest service for Activa, splendor , alto , pulsar , classic 350 .
I went for test ride and there was literally no one to talk to. Just kept testing bike after bike and came back. Service center looked small and cramped hardly any professional attitude. I used to have 1982 bullet 350 and was planning to get a classic but looking at the attitude I am no longer interested considering RE bikes are maintenence demanding anyway. Will try others now.
What can they do , you see there products sell more than manyn100 cc bikes in the market . It's frustrating to maintain too many customer specially at ASC .
I second that. I face the same issue with hness and jawa. Neither do they have showrooms/SC nor they have skilled mechanics. I struggled to get spare parts. This issue will remain persistent with HD and Triumph
Re meteror 350 looking me good opinion. I’ve booked this bike too but I’m bit concerned about the height of the bike. Low height bikes provide you very good stability because centre of gravity comes down. What you guys suggest. Btw my height is 5’10
The seating comfort, posture and ride experience is very good in meteor 350. We have a meteor 350 and we have ridden it 15000kms. Awesome experience in meteor 350. X440 is a roadster. The posture and seating is not designed for whole day long rides. But the Power and torque is better than meteor 350. So if u are looking for a cruiser bike with lot of riding comfort, then go with meteor 350.
Should i buy it now in feb 2024? But there is no showroom near me so i need to go pune which is 6 hrs far to buy it but i have no idea about services after buying
Bro, this is build in hero. They would be serviced in hero premium service centres.. hero can open such center along with harley. I would recommend only metro city customers to buy initially
We can understand if Co. is new, product is new, but Q is why they (Hero& Harley) were not responded ??? second they dont have any clarity in terms of after Sales Service which is more then important then product.
Just buy and don't drive much after first service. Just a few km daily till service centers are everywhere. My gut feel says, it will be difficult to get the baby Harley at this introductory price point once sales pick up
Never be eager beavers and jump at any new product. The bike companies treat Indian customers as third world deprived people who will salivate at any new product so they spend more on ads than improving spares delivery or maintainance setups. Half their mechanics have no expertise on these newly launched tech savvy bikes.
Royal Enfield Malda (WB) service center avoids customers after sales,I am one of them.I have purchased fireball red after sales they avoid giving proper service.😢

Hunter 350 abhi k samay mein best choice hai, kyunki jitne price mein jo quality or engine Royal Enfield de rhi hai HUnter mein woh best hai aur value for money hai. Agar Cruiser style pasand hai toh Meteor 350 le sakte hain. Mileage bhi achi hai and quality bhi jabardast hai. agar budget jyada hai toh SuperMeteor 650 le sakte hain. Triumph, Harley ya Java - main recommend nahi karunga kyunki maintenance mein problem ayega jab tak har jagah iska servicing common nhi ho jata

Booked it online. The hero showroom they told to check it out from seems clueless. Same with the sales team, when I asked about after sales service. They told that this is sales service helpline...no info on aftersales service available here.
Main personally recommend nhi karunga Dominar. Agar x440 nhi lena hai, toh 350 segment mein royal enfield ki roadster segemnt ki hunter 350 value for money and performance hai. 350 segment mein cruiser mein, meteor 350 best hai. 650 segment mein supermeteor 650 best hai.
Do not invest in RE... Their service is bad .. Service matters not the service centre count.. If you have bigwing showroom then have a look at it..I was about to go for highness but Triumph 400 spolied everything😊 Now I have to wait for 6 to 12 months to get a good feedback

Hi, If it uses Harley 360 20w50 engine oil, then the oil pump design is 30 years old which is not good. Harley 360 20w50 has low VI of 110~120 (These low VI oils were used around 20-30 years ago) I was expecting some high VI 10w50 or 5w40 oil of VI 160 or more. Now I got a big reason to avoid this bike.

Usually all big companies give finest services for first 1-2 lot vehicles they are aware of brand reputation built up during intial phases. Bad services can cost product failure which incure huge losses to company and its image . Reason why large western auto gaints are always in losses
App Re fan lagte ho fake video banaya hai. Dont believe this. I have booked this and also cancelled it,but there response is great on both. I dont like the bike looks thats my own issue but nothing bad on there service. I bought honda cb350 its far better than iron junk RE.
Cb350 has proved it's mental past 3 years. It'd finest bike in 350 cc category . Super smooth , tractable ,nibble and easy to ride with best fuel efficiency

There is no Khushi is royal Enfield...I own one..I was thinking of upgrading but their service is bad.. Every time I give bike for service they open up new issue and they do not fix issue inspite mentioning it.. Service centers do not count.. It's the service itself..I am thinking of moving away from RE permanently..

Bhai, I have Royal Enfield and I had seen from past few days their attitude has changed. They don’t even entertain their new customers properly.

There was no queue. We spoke to somebody at Harley directly on phone and they gave vague answers. Even pre sales service is horrible.
